Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with anyone except the service providers designated as website administrators, who have no right to deliver, modify, or sell that information to any other company or person.

How long we retain your data

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in the new membership registration form. The information will be stored until their subscription is denied, cancelled, or revoked. All users may send a request to delete their information from our database simply by requesting cancellation of membership directly from the association or by following the process in the “Membership Cancellation” article below. In addition, website administrators may also view and edit this information upon request.

Data confidentiality

“Sol Club” has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed, whether arising from human action or the physical or natural environment. Technical and organizational measures have been adopted aimed at achieving basic security objectives such as: confidentiality, understood as limiting access to information by unauthorized persons; integrity, understood as the maintenance of reliable and quality information; and availability, understood as the guarantee of access to the information system at the request of authorized personnel, whether this is the member themselves.

Membership control

With regard to possible transfers to third-party collaborators, these will always be limited to your prior consent or when they respond to the free and legitimate acceptance of a legal relationship whose development, compliance and control necessarily implies the connection of such processing with third-party files. Likewise, when it is covered by mandatory legal regulation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is considered necessary to complete all required data in the forms on the website, in a truthful, accurate, complete and updated manner. Otherwise, “Sol Club” may, where appropriate, not proceed with the registration of the user or may refuse the specific service requested.

Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of data protection regulations, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending written communication directly to the club once the physical registration has been completed. Sol Club has no responsibility regarding the direct membership of the club; our website provides the pre-application, which is nothing more than a notification for the user and the designated club. In case of doubts or advice, send an email to solclubmadrid@gmail.com, in which you certify your identity and indicate in the subject line “PRIVACY POLICY”. Specific consent will be required. The request must contain the first name and surname(s) of the person making the request or their legal representative, as well as a document proving representation, a statement setting out the request, an address for notification purposes, the date and signature of the applicant, and supporting documents for the request being made.

If the request does not meet the specified requirements, its correction will be required. With regard to the right of access, it will only be denied when the request does not meet the aforementioned requirements and no legitimate interest is proven for this purpose. No compensation will be required for the exercise of these rights.

Requests relating to the exercise of the right to cancel identifying data of users while they maintain their relationship with “Sol Club” cannot be granted.

Membership cancellation

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and the amendments introduced by Law 32/2003, of 3 November, General Telecommunications Law, it is stated that acceptance of this clause by entering personal data in the contact forms also implies your consent to receive personal communications sent by email. At any time, the user may object to the processing of their data for these purposes and revoke the consent given, simply by sending written communication by email to the club’s email address directly, indicating in the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE”. Specific consent will be required, and Sol Club will not be responsible for the user’s cancellation once the person has registered physically at the club.
